ISO Roommates for cute North City Park home

Just trying to put some feelers out for roommates for a house that I have not committed to just yet because I'm not sure what the roommate situation would be. I don't want to post the house pics and stuff here since I'm not committed to it just yet, but I'm happy to share pictures privately if it sounds like it might suit you. Would like to meet up and grab coffee or a drink and get to know each other if the details below sound like we'd be a fit.

The house:
-3 bedroom, 2 bath
-Rent: landlord suggested $3200/month but I think that's negotiable and includes a lot of perks (large fenced backyard, large two car garage -- gear locker anyone?, patio furniture included, utilities included, security system we will get our own codes for, 4 large raised garden beds for veg gardens, landscaping is included and the landlord arranges this, washer and dryer, dishwasher, and many other perks!). I'm open to discussions on how we split the rent depending on our agreed upon situation. :)
-Location: north side of City Park, just a few blocks off the park
-Dog friendly (no cats unfortunately because I'm pretty allergic)
-Landlord: I met her through a mutual friend
-Time frame: June 1

Who you are:
-Preferably a professional couple (I'd love to have the 3rd bedroom open for mix use for us to all share as an office, workout room, art/miscellaneous activities type of space)
-If not a couple, I’ll be looking for two roommates (all genders welcome)
-Social, active/outdoorsy
-Age: mid/late 20s-mid 30s
-Schedule doesn't matter to me
-Keeps common spaces clean, tidy, and organized
-LGBTQ+ friendly

Who I am:
-I’m Abigail (she/her)
-Late 20s, single, professional, works in tech (hybrid schedule, typically 3 days at home and 2 in our office in Rino -- 8am-4pm most days)
-Social, active/outdoorsy (cycling, hiking, camping, skiing, etc), love hosting friends, hanging in the yard, plants & gardening, random art projects, likes finding new bars and restaurants, going to the bars with friends, concerts/shows, bar trivia, board games, yard games, etc.
-1 pup, almost a year old now, she's very sweet, kennel trained, and good with other dogs but we are working on some resource guarding issues in-home and she will be getting training in the coming months, for now I'd prefer no other dogs until I can confirm we're no longer dealing with these issues (sorry, I'd definitely love for her to have a friend!)
-I like a healthy balance of cooking in and eating out
-I make a conscious effort to keep common spaces clean and tidy but my personal space (bedroom/bathroom) might sometimes fall by the wayside
-LGBTQ+ friendly
-I'd love a level of friendship with my roommates but not necessary
