About me: I am a 34 year old, straight, female. Fully vaccinated. I work full time, from home, for a software company. I have a large 10 year old dog who loves people and attention. However, at this point in her life she isn't looking for new animal friends so unfortunately no additional pets are allowed. I love music, food, wine, and trying new things. I'm mostly extroverted but like alone time as well. I like to go out on weekends and entertain at the house on occasion, especially for holidays.

About the house: This is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom house right in the Alberta Arts district. The common areas are fully furnished. Your room is not. Hard wood floors throughout. Bright and charming space. Laundry in the basement. Nice sized yard out back. Rent is $1122.50 per person not including utilities. I manage all the utilities for you and we split everything evenly. I would certainly be willing to talk about budget for the right fit. Location is key for this house. It's right off Alberta Street with access to a ton of restaurants, bars, shops, and other activities all within walking distance. There is also access to public transportation within one block. I've attached some pics from when the house was advertised before but would be happy to give you a tour.
