Room is 135 square feet, unfurnished -OR- queen-size bed, desk, and dresser available if needed, spacious with large closet and high ceilings. Private bath across the hall. Double garage includes plenty of storage space. This is a cozy, yet spacious, refurbished mid-century ranch-style home. It is located near downtown Beaverton and Oregon Route 217 with quick access to shopping, dining, and downtown Portland.
