NEED TO FIND ROOMMATE ASAP!!! My apartment is in a 26 floor luxury building! It is located in the heart of Hell’sKitchen, surrounded by many restaurants, bars, gyms, etc. There is a CVS across the street as well as a grocery store, restaurants, and several delis are also close. There is a Dunkin’ Donuts and Starbucks within a block radius! Located very close to 59th St., Columbus Circle subway, and because my building is located on 10th ave, it is always super easy to catch a cab/Uber. My favorite part of my apartment building is the amazing sun terrace, it’s fully equipped with sunbathing chairs, two grills, couches, chairs ,and tables! Sunsets on this roof are breathtaking. If you moved in, you would not regret it.
