I'm a Duke University Class of 2020 graduate moving to NYC to start my full-time role as an Investment Banking Analyst. I am looking for a place preferably in East Village, Midtown, or Murray Hill, but I have some flexibility with location as long as it's within a reasonable commute of my work location at Bryant Park.

To be fair, I won't be in the apartment much at all given my work hours, but I definitely want us to be friends and hangout often, especially on the weekends! I am clean, very organized, and won't hog the kitchen or the common spaces, and I am looking for someone who is the same way. I would also love for us to cook together sometimes, go out to restaurants, or just hangout in the living room to watch Netflix.
