Looking for roommate for north austin apartment

hi! My name is Emerson im 25 and I’m looking for someone to take over my roommates lease starting either June 1st up to August 1st going forward at least a year or hopefully more( aka earliest start is june 1 latest is August 1). It’s a 1148 sq ft apartment in north Austin about 10-15 min away from downtown. You’d be taking the master bedroom complete with a walk in closet and bathroom for around $1100 a month plus utilities. Ive attached photos of the model apartment your room will be unfurnished. also note this apartment is in the walnut creek/pioneer hill area not crestview it wouldn't let me select that area.
I have a cat and would love for someone who also has a cat or is ok with me getting a second cat if you don’t have one. Dogs are ok too but I need a cat for my cat she has separation anxiety and needs a friend.
I’m pretty chill and laid back I work in the early mornings as a barista so I’m around a lot. I love art and plants and my cat and I’m currently in art college online. If you think we’d fit well together and are interested in this apartment please DM me and we can chat!
