I'm working on 2 businesses. One is handyman business that serves to support myself and also supply money to the other business called 'Horizon Scale AI'. I enjoy a clean and organize and quiet environment (when I'm working which is most of the time). Depending of how habitable is the home, I'll stay there to work or if not, I'll end up out to work somewhere else. I'm working most of the time. I like to be friendly and respect my roommates.

I'm fit, and like to exercise on a daily basis mainly doing calisthenics with ring and some weights. I like to socialize at appropriate times on weekend, but I will mostly be working on improving myself and my businesses. I'm self-growth oriented. I don't smoke, and expect roommates to respect home by not smoke inside or near apt; so best if you don't smoke either.
