Josh C - $800/month

Hey friends! I’m josh, I live with my partner in EAV. We are both Aquarius’ musicians who are constantly working on something creative. We are looking to get a roommate for when our lease renews on March 15th. (Could be anywhere sooner or later if needed). Rent is $800 each. That’s split 3 ways. You would obvi get your own room and own bathroom. A little about us: we are musicians. We generally practice in the basement/studio space twice a week. And we host house shows once every other month. It’s a great source of both income for us and helps our local art communities. We have one pet, a bunny. Who is so sweet and sticks to my partners room. We have a gated fence with remote controlled gate at driveway, tons of parking space. And the coolest landlord!
