I am a professional female aged 31. My budget is $900/month. I'm looking for a place to share with some laid-back, tidy people.

I have a 13-year-old senior ESA dog that I co-own with my ex-fiancé. She is very quiet and well-behaved. She stays with me for a couple of weeks per month. She gets along well with other dogs.

She has arthritis. I would ask that whoever lives with her handle her gently. This also means she doesn't climb tall stairs well. We prefer to avoid those.

I do keep her in my room most of the time as she is a "velcro-dog" and I am a bedroom dweller.

I work in the film industry (craft service). I am into nerdy things like anime and video games. I don't smoke and rarely drink, although I truly don't judge/mind if my roommates do.
