Annalise K - $1,500/month

Currently living in a 2 bedroom flex 3 bedroom (I have the flex). It's not ideal and I'm looking to move into a place where I can have my own true bedroom. I'm a nurse and I work nights. So someone who's not home during the day will be ideal for me as I need to sleep. I only work 3 nights a week. So on my days off, I will be at home/running errands. Depending on my schedule, I can have up to 6 days off in a row. I've been in NYC for a year and I love it! I'd like to stay on the east side and keep my portion of rent under $1,500. I love going out and traveling. But I also love a good night in with wine and Netflix. I like my own space and privacy. I can be messy but I keep the common areas clean! My current lease is up February 26th!
