I’m a 37 year old bartender, musician, organizer, and marketing professional. I’ve been living in NYC for about 8 years. I’m clean, sometimes I keep very much to myself, but I’m mostly active and outgoing. I love to cook, listen to music, riding my bicycle everywhere, nurturing my houseplants, spoiling my fishie, taking on random DIY projects, making cocktails and experimenting with new ingredients, and I love to entertain a friend or so.
However, during Covid, obviously my social life has changed dramatically. I’m not taking any risks- and I Expect the same from any other roommate. I wear a mask everywhere, sanitize everything, and I’ve reduced my social group to only a couple people, plus of course my current roommates.

I have lived in this apartment for just over a year now, and I love it. My 2 original roommates had to relocate closer to where they work, and just this month the landlord added a new 4th room. So now I am looking to find 3 new roommates who will also want to call this home.
Located on Halsey St at Stuyvesant Ave, this is a sun-filled 3rd floor apartment, 4 bedrooms total, one bathroom. Historic 100 year old building that still has much of the original ornate detailing.
Features:
No brokers fee
Electric/gas heat

Bicycle storage on first floor
Door intercom system
If you like to cook (like I do!) the kitchen has a large built-in kitchen island, gas stove, & lots of huge cabinets.
Hardwood floors throughout
The neighborhood:
Laundry across street
Great little wine shop across street
Supermarket one block away
Coffee shop/cafe on the block
A train @ Utica Ave .4 miles away
Awesome restaurants & music venues within a couple blocks. Including LuAtico, L’Antagoniste, Chez Oskar, Peaches, Mama Fox, & Saraghina Tapas.
Requirements to move in are 680+credit score and annual income of 40x rent (guarantors welcomed).

What I’m looking for in a roommate:
I’m hoping to find roommates who are friendly, considerate, communicative, and clean.
I fell in love with this space for it’s light and openness, and I hope you will too!
Shoot me a message so we can set up a time to meet and view the apartment.
