Located on Halsey St at Stuyvesant Ave, this is a sun-filled 3rd floor apartment, 4 bedrooms total, one bathroom. Historic 100 year old building that still has much of the original ornate detailing.

About me:
I’m a 37 year old bartender, musician, organizer, and marketing professional. I’ve been living in NYC for about 8 years. I’m clean, sometimes I keep very much to myself, but I’m mostly active and outgoing. I love to cook, listen to music, riding my bicycle everywhere, nurturing my houseplants, spoiling my fishie, taking on random DIY projects, making cocktails and experimenting with new ingredients, and I love to entertain a friend or so.

However, during Covid, obviously my social life has changed dramatically. I’m not taking any risks- and I Expect the same from any other roommate. I wear a mask everywhere, sanitize everything, and I’ve reduced my social group to only a couple people, plus of course my current roommates.

What I’m looking for in a roommate:
I’m hoping to find roommates who are friendly, considerate, communicative, and clean.
