Hi, all!

I'm a 23 year old brazilian looking to stay in NY for 6 months next year. I would be visiting on a tourist visa, so I'm looking for a sublet or any other renting possibility that's within the restrictions of my permit.

I currently work as a backend developer at a mobile house and most times my work is incredibly dull, although if you stop behind me, it might look like I'm a hacker typing away weird commands on a terminal window. Even though I work remotely, that doesn't mean I'll be staying at home 24/7, as I'll probably try and find a cafe where I can work somedays. Meaning don't worry about having me on your hair all day!

I absolutely love NYC and will be out on the streets most of my free time. I'm also very laid back and enjoy cooking and having drinks at home while watching a good show. Expect me to watch all brazilian matches during the world cup.

Roomies wise, I would love to meet and connect with as many people as possible during my stay in the city, so am definitely looking for someone with shared interests to hang out & discover NY together, but I'm also super respectful of other people's space and won't force any social interactions you don't want, keeping a comfortable space at home will always be my #1 priority.

I'm a big fan of live music (all types but especially jazz and brazilian), design, art, outdoor activities, photography and movies. 420 friendly, animal lover, pescatarian sometimes, most times vegetarian (no hatred towards meat lovers tho lol I'll even try and roast a steak one day if you like it).
