Hey guys, my current roommate and myself are looking for a third to sign a lease with us in any downtown neighborhood. Currently we live in LES and would love to stay in the area for an affordable price. Were both extremely outgoing and love to meet new people and experience new activities during our free time. I am a graduate student and my roommate works full time so we tend to be quieter during the weekdays. We are looking for someone who has the same type of schedule and will also keep the common areas clean.
