A spacious double room, with incredible Manhattan views and a private ensuite bathroom! The apartment is light and bright, well equipped - dishwasher washer dryer etc. large wardrobes and storage space. Room in a fully serviced apartment block with friendly doormen and handymen. post-covid there is access to a large gym, cinema room, rooftop and multiple working lounges.
Pets welcome, you will be living with a well trained friendly little pup. Currently a 35 year old female and 25 year old male in the apartment. We are friendly, independent and laid back. Both working from home as long as the government stipulates! We are a relatively quiet home - no large parties etc. but welcome friends, family and guests. Couples ok but at an increased monthly rental price. the room isn't furnished but most of the apartment is.
The neighbourhood - everything you need, multiple subway stops, grocery stores, restaurants, bars, near to the beautiful gantry plaza state park. the neighborhood is peaceful but industrial. Very near to CUNY law and CITI bank.
