Nakano M - $700/month

My husband died last Tuesday. The landlord won't let me stay. He wants to rent it out to someone. Probably for more money. Unfortunately my husband and him had a month to month lease. And there only had to be 30 days notice. Legally he is in the right. Morally, not so much so since the landlord won't let me take over the apartment, I'm needing to find a place to live.

1. That will let me have my cat and my dog. (they have saved my life and get along with other animals)

2. I'm on ssi so I only make a small amount. So I can't afford a huge amounts. I'll be going on the housing lists, but those can take months to years.

3. Whoever helps has to be LGBT friendly (obviously).

4. I do smoke but only outside and am trying to quit.

5. I don't party. Don't care if others do.

I love to cook and I love to clean. I don't need much.
