I have the master bedroom open for 850 a month including utilities. There is plenty of parking and the house is located near sedona and the flagstaff airport like 5 minutes from the NAU campus. It's a very easy going household and all of us roommates now get along very well. The room is empty now because the girl previously in there left after graduating college :) well she is leaving between now and june depending on if we find someone to move in and when.
