I am a 24-year-old male that currently goes to law school in downtown Phoenix. I am hoping to find a roommate for this upcoming year so that I can cut costs a bit. I currently live in Phoenix. I have my husky, Mercy, who is well behaved and extremely relaxed. She is currently 8 so she is not destructive but does shed. I am happy to hang out but am focused on school so I will be relatively quiet. My preferred neighborhoods would be near downtown but could go a bit farther out depending on the deal.

I have an open bedroom in a two bedroom apartment in Artisan Village near downtown Phoenix. The apartment is 1,238 square feet and is right around the corner from most of the Roosevelt district. It is perfect for anyone who needs to live or work near downtown Phoenix and is a block away from the 10. The apartment includes a washer, dryer, washing machine, A/C, and a garage spot with some storage space and room for two cars. The Apartment Complex does have a pool.
