I'm an active tennis player and skiier. I'll be in NY 3 nights a week each week with my gf. The rest of the time I'm in Europe and Puerto Rico. When in NY, I sleep, work all day, and work out. You can set your watch by it. My last COO said I'm the cleanest non-engineer he's ever worked with.

I'm pretty robotic during the week and have an active weekend life in Puerto Rico, which doesn't affect my time in NY. I'm just looking for a good roommate that doesn't mind someone who loves coffee, going to bed at 9-10 pm each night on weeknights, and the occasional social events required for work.
