Spacious furnished bedroom in an expansive ground floor two bedroom, one bathroom apartment in Hamilton Heights, one subway stop away from the Columbia University medical school. The apartment (shared with me) has sizable common areas, including a living room, dining room and fully-equipped kitchen. The apartment has its own private gated street-side front entrance with a private yard and in-unit laundry.
What’s Included & Move-In Costs
All utilities included (e.g. electricity, heating, wifi).
Move-in requires first month and equivalent security deposit ($2000).
Monthly $100 cleaning fee (ensures our shared spaces stay sparkling clean).
The Neighborhood
The apartment is in Hamilton Heights, a lively and vibrant neighborhood with a fantastic local culture. Riverside Park (Hudson River) is one block away, great for running, biking and picnicking. Commuting is incredibly easy, with quick access to both the 1 and the A/B/C/D lines just a short walk away.
