Matt A - $1,300/month

Just finished undergrad at Binghamton University. Planning on moving to NYC (preferably Queens or Manhattan) in August, as I will be starting grad school. Currently stuck between Hunter and Queens Colleges, so where I want to live will be dependent on that. I really like the Astoria area, however. No preference for male or female roommate, as long as you're cool and LGBTQ friendly.

I'm pretty social, I like to go out and have fun and am usually around friends, although I do value and enjoy my space and solitude. I'm pretty clean, any shared space we have I will be sure to always keep clean. The messiest I'll get is leaving a plate in the sink for a few hours or something like that-- but that's about it. Overall pretty laid back as a roommate and I get along with all kinds of people. Looking for a roommate that's around the same.
