I'm moving to Toronto from Edmonton and am looking for a bedroom in a shared apartment/house with female roommates. Having access to a washer/dryer is the unit/building is important to me.

I'm flexible with location but would like to be outside the downtown core. Close to TTC subway lines are ideal but would be happy with areas like York, East York, North York, Vaughn, Brampton, Etobicoke etc.

I am a nonsmoker and would prefer to be in a non-smoking environment. I'm triple vaccinated with no pets but would not mind staying in a place with cats/dogs.

I am very considerate of those around me and would ask for the same (cleanliness, privacy when needed etc) and would also like to have a good relationship with my roommates.
