I’m looking for a female roommate to take the 2nd bedroom in my 2 bed, 2 bath apartment in the west end of Toronto. The apartment is fully furnished, but the room will be unfurnished.
I am a working professional in my mid-twenties and mostly work from home. I like to keep the shared spaces decently clean, and I expect the same in return.

Less than 10 minute walking distance from Islington and Kipling stations
10 minutes or less to the QEW, 427 and 401
Groceries, Shoppers & Starbucks in walking distance
Apartment details:
2 bed, 2 bath unit (you will have the master bedroom with the attached bathroom)
Balcony facing East
washer/dryer & dishwasher in unit
Building amenities: gym, party room, game room
Rent is $1000/month and utilities/internet are extra (usually less than $100 per month). Parking is available for an additional cost.
Move in date is flexible but ideally between October 1-15th, and the lease will be for 12 months.
