Amazing Deal in the Heart of Williamsburg -$1225
Amazing apartment located in the heart of Williamsburg. Steps from the L and G, this street facing room has beautiful windows, tons of light and TONS OF SPACE. Two closets in the room. Enough space for a queen sized bed, love seat and multiple wine racks (or whatever else you care to have in there).
Room is one of four in the apartment, and the other residents are very nice, responsible and super clean (I come out to a spotless kitchen every day - it's amazing). One bathroom, but I have lived here for a year and a half and it hasn't been a issue at all. Kicthen also has a dishwasher.
Everything you can ever need is within a block from your front door (laundry, subway, breakfast sandwiches, coffee, sushi and liquor). I have been so happy in this apartment, and I'm very sad to leave it. Looking forward to having another awesome tenant in place. Please text or email me for a viewing.
