This room has a beautiful view of the sunrise and early evening moon. A view of Spring mountains can be seen from the kitchen and dining area. Bathroom is shared with one other very clean and respectful person. Our household is quiet and cooperative. We try to make each other’s lives easier! Rent includes use of home including washer and dryer, and kitchen privileges. Water, sewer, internet and garbage collection are also included in the rent. In addition to central air conditioning, each bedroom has a window air conditioning unit to keep your space the temperature that you would like. There is a park adjacent to the back yard for exercise and socializing with friends and neighbors. We are also close to many shopping opportunities, including Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s and Winco. Sorry no pets. You must be employed, have a good credit record, and responsible. Please message me for an appointment to see the room. It won’t be empty for long!
