Hi, my name is Stephanie. I am 36 years old and I am looking for a roommate to fill one of the rooms in my home. I live in Southern Highlands in Las Vegas in a new-build 3 bed, 2.5 bath house that is modern, clean, and well-maintained in a quiet and safe neighborhood.

The room will be available March 1. It is a private bedroom with a shared upgraded bathroom and full access to the kitchen, living areas, and laundry. Utilities can be included in the monthly rent. No smoking inside the home and a female tenant is preferred.
