Cleaning service that comes in twice a month and cleans the entire kitchen, all bathrooms, and all the floors

-Awesome patio setup for late night fires with friends and tenants

-Two full sized refrigerators and a massive freezer for everyone’s food
-Kitchen includes everything you’d ever need in a kitchen

-Plenty of storage in shed for extra stuff

The Area:-Very nice, clean and quiet neighborhood in Northglenn (easy parking with many spots available!)
-Only 1 mile away from walmart/ food places /target/ gas stations/gyms and many more places
-less than 5 minutes away to get on I-25
-20 minutes from downtown denver/ 25 minutes from main boulder
-10 minutes away from Costco
-10 minute walk/ 0.6 miles to bus stop
-minutes away from local parks
-local running/ bike paths

ABOUT THE ROOMMATES:
Everyone is very respectful and gives everyone their own privacy. Nice laid back people who work full time and like exploring what Colorado has to offer!

The Terms:
-Lease is 1 year (flexible on the lease)
-Rooms are NOT furnished
-Must be able to pass a FBI level background and credit check
-Security deposit of $400
-One-person occupancy
-Applicant must be non-smoker (cigarette)
-No pets*Must be clean and tidy*
