Hi, my name is Gabe. I am a man with a long history of having done many things and I am looking for a roommate because I need a place to start fresh from. I'm fine with leasing new together, moving in, or upgrading to a 2-3 bed at my current location cuz why the heck not? They got a pool, hot tub, small gym, 2 car attached garages, the works. My budget is negotiable. I make enough to support 2 but not enough to qualify at 3x rent and have absolutely zero credit as I have never had a line of credit or borrowed money and have never needed to which I seek to change in the coming future (the credit part). I am currently working from home and require a small office space if possible. I am also looking to start making enough to have my own place eventually and am in pursuit of a career as a self made inventor/entrepreneur. But, the pinnacle of these decisions is really that I just need a place to start over, or a roommate who is semi-serious about life (particularly with keeping a job and paying their share of rent). I do not have social media for right now due to my situation. But, If anyone is interested I am just a click away, and I am also incredibly chill and usually a good presence to be around.
