Room size is (14' x 12') and you’ll be sharing a bathroom with a nice young lady in her mid twenties. The kitchen will be a shared space. Very quiet street on the corner of Carlton and Cromwell Crescent in a very nice area. Very easy street parking (no alternate side parking regulations). Close to R, M trains (63 Drive Rego Park Station), Q38, Q11 and Q21 buses nearby.
Your share of the rent is $1,100 monthly. Looking for a NON-SMOKING, CLEAN individual (no couples). You should have a good job, verifiable income, references. One month security deposit required.
