This is a 1960s home with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It has been gradually modernized and updated – most recently, with top of the line heating/cooling and artificial turf in the front yard. The open plan features a large kitchen with stainless steel appliances, bright and spacious dining area and comfortable living room with laminate flooring. The available bedroom has full bathroom across the hallway, canyon view, a large mirrored closet and space for additional furniture as needed.
