I am an engineer who is relocating from Chicago to San Diego. I am trying to find a friendly, easy-going, clean, female roommate. I would preferably like to meet in person, talk and figure out a nice place to stay near the beach together. But if you've a place already in mind and also by the water, I would be open to that as well! :)

I should be moving the first week in February, so if we can find a place to move-in mid February/Early March, it would be great!
