Looking for roommates in a beautiful and newly renovated 4 bedroom Medford home! Two single rooms for rent, to share a full bathroom (with bathtub). Rent for one room is $1,100, rent for the other larger room is $1,200. This home is a 5-10 minute walk from the West Medford commuter rail train station. It is also an easy walk to downtown Medford Square. We live across the street from a lovely park space and have multiple other green spaces in the surrounding area. We also have a small side yard that is partially fenced. The kitchen and appliances are all brand new and shared amongst tenants. Large front porch with furniture. Back patio with grill and patio furniture. Laundry is included in rent, washer + dryer are on the 2nd floor (where bedrooms are). Landlord pays for water + sewage. Tenants split utilities (gas, electric, internet). Storage space is available for tenants in large unfinished basement and attic spaces. There is a guest bedroom that will not be rented and can be utilized by tenants pending landlord approval. Dogs welcome, pending landlord approval and signature of pet addendum.
