I've been on the fence on having a roommate or renting a 1 bedroom by myself, but rents are crazy for a 1 bedroom! I work M-F fully remote and I have a pet bunny who is super chill. I love going out on weekends and having people over. During the week, I like to just hang out and relax after work! I am very easy going, I keep my space clean and organized. An ideal roommate would be someone who I can hang with on weeknights and easily get along with. I am looking for an apartment complex, not a multi-family home.
