Place is in a gated community right across the street from the Waterford Lakes shopping area. Neighborhood is fairly quiet most of the time, parking can be a bit strange but we have a garage and a driveway that both fit one car so it's never really been an issue.
The room itself is decent size, does use the shared bathroom upstairs with one other roommate. Room won't be furnished, some of the living room area furniture won't be there after current roommate moves out.
We keep the shared spaces fairly clean but sometimes dishes pile up a little bit.
Landlord requires a background check to move in, also doesn't allow pets.
Rent is $730 but with utilities it would be roughly $830 and lease is for a full year.
