I have been in Deland 5 years. I was caring for my Dad. He passed away and his house is on the market to sell. I need to move.
I like the area, as well as Deleon Springs.
I have an indoor cat. He is clean.
I don’t know many people here. I was care giving most of the time. I swim. My church is in Deleon Springs.
There are very nice apartments and homes that are 2+2 that are reasonably priced if the cost is shared. But to find a 1+1 that is affordable, I have not found.
