I'm mindful of respect when living with someone (cleanliness, noise, guests, space). I work remotely for a tech company as a manager - this is usually during the week. I love playing video games and building things. I go out on the weekends on you don't have to worry about me throwing a house party.

Overall, I don't have much preference around my roommates interests. Be your own person and do whatever makes you happy. I don't care about smoking (cigarettes obviously belong outside) or drinking on the property. I just hope we can communicate our needs and bring up any concerns when we fill the need.
