Hi I’ve recently bought a house in the Temple/North Philadelphia area and am looking to rent out 2 rooms. This a 4 bedroom 1.5 bathroom home. For move in I’d be looking for first month and security deposit. $200 additional monthly for utilities included (Light, gas, water, A/C, internet and cable).

At this moment it’s me and my son that are going to be living there. I’m 32 and work as an accountant, my son is 5 years old and is with me 50% of the time so id be preferably be looking for someone who isn’t too loud, a smoker and CLEAN.
