Located in Palmyra NJ only minutes away from Tacony Palmyra bridge which leads right into Northeast Philly. Riverline is walking distance away from the house making it convenient to head towards Trenton or towards the Walter rand up to the Patco train to head to philly. Close to shoprite, wawa and restaurants. Only 10 minute drive to Moorestown mall or cherry hill mall. Great location, and only minutes from the river.
Private room to rent with bathroom down the hall. Room is completely furnished along with a king size bed and dresser. Separate entrance to the home as well. Access to shared living space of the family room dining room kitchen and laundry space. Access to the porch and backyard. Space in the driveway to park as well.
I’m looking for a room mate that is respectful and responsible and works full time. Someone who cleans up after themselves and would not leave the main floor a mess. No parties or events. I do not mind guest staying overnight once in a while not everyday.
The rent is $1300 per month which includes the utilities. The security deposit is $1300
