Looking for a roommate to take my currents roommate’s spot on June 1st in Upper west side right by Central Park! $2,500 / month each person. I Love working out, drinking wine, going out to eat, and hanging out with my dog! I have a 2 year old golden doodle who everyone is obsessed with (and I’m not just saying that). He is the sweetest most cuddly handsome man ever. We always go to Central Park and walk or lay out and drink wine. I’m very active and love going to workout classes or long walks. I work from home a couple days a week, and use a dog Walker for when I am in the office! I’m very flexible and go with the flow on almost everything. Would love to have a roommate to go out with and have fun with! Also totally open to roommates with dogs!

Love this apartment! Will start with putting out everything that is a little bit of a downer: 5th floor walk up but your legs will get in good shape I promise, no laundry but there is multiple laundry places within 1-3 blocks (I do mine 3 blocks away they are so nice, however there is one just 1 block away), and building controlled heating (think that’s pretty common though). What I love about this apartment is the location and the space. Very spacious and a lot of closet room, and the bedrooms have good natural lighting. The location to me is perfect, you’re within one block of Central Park which is amazing, and you are within 2-4 blocks from every subway you would need. It’s very very safe, nice, and clean in this area. Everything just feels so upscale and amazing to be around. Our neighbors are all so nice (most have lived in the busking for 30+ years). honestly such an amazing neighborhood, I could live here forever!
