Omar I - $2,500/month

Hi! My name is Omar and I'm looking for a clean hygienic roommate with common sense and respect. We don't have to get a long perfectly, but it would be cool to hangout every now and then or eat together. Decency and respect are all I really ask for.
Would like someone who's openly communicative and wants to put some effort into making things work so all our lives get easier.

I'm a Penn State grad (Architectural Engineering), 22, and I'm (hopefully) buying a car soon.

My work will require me to get up very early around 6am and be asleep by around 10pm, but on weekends I'm probably up till midnight or 1am...

Home Habits:
I shower everyday in the morning.
I might bring friends every now and then or maybe bring back someone - but I'll give you a heads up and make sure we try to stay communicative about that and not bother each other.
I regularly do laundry on a semi-weekly basis and will do deep cleaning once every couple weeks. Depending on business I might eat out around half the days but I'm tryna reduce that as I'm a decent cook. When I cook I'll gladly cook for the both of us - but be nice and offer to do the dishes or cook for us too. You can be as messy as you want in your room but common spaces should be treated with care/respect (don't leave random dishes on the couch or food debris randomly on the kitchen floor)

I'm very into tech, programming, and science (I can geek or nerd out when need be)
I can speak English Arabic Spanish German.
I'm Muslim (doesn't really come with any concerns just an fyi incase ur islamaphobic lol)
