Well, I'm pretty chill to live with, if I say so myself. Unfortunately I'm not much of a social butterfly (I don't hate people, I just mostly want my space and calm), but I like to create a friendly atmosphere and some kind of bond with a roommate(s), maybe go out here and there with them, you know? Who knows we might become best friends.

Communication is always important in shared spaces, I believe that. If I do something you don't like don't react in petty ways, just talk to me, and I'll talk to you, and we clear the air. I need communication. I'm not much of a noisemaker (and I absolutely don't want to live with one, but I might watch movies or play video games through the speakers, but it's really not loud at all, and if it is, communicate, see?

I'm a considerate person, I like to think, so I expect a roommate to be one too.
