I’m a medical technician with a well behaved cat who gets along with cats, dogs, people and kids. I never have guests over, I’m always quiet and respectful, I’m very clean, I don’t smoke, vape or drink, and I’m usually out the house for work or college, mostly I’ll be home to sleep, I’ll never have issues paying rent on time, looking for a stay for at least 6 months preferably. Looking to move in by the beginning of December/end of November.
