About Me

I am looking to team up with 1 or 2 people to rent a large house.
I am a single Dad (I have my 6yr old daughter half of the week,) I prefer a female roommate for this reason. I have 2 large(friendly) dogs. I do not smoke or drink.
I would have no issue passing credit/background/income verification/past rental history checks.
Looking to spend up to 1800/month(1400+Utilities) for 2 rooms. If you could bring the same to the table, we could have a nice situation.
I am looking to be in the southern part of Summerlin or the Southwest. Looking at houses in the 2400-2800/month range could really upgrade the quality of living into a 4/5 bedroom with 2 living room or possibly 2 master suites.

Just thought this may be a good option for someone considering getting out of the apartment-world or another single parent.
I have an entire house worth of belongings, but willing to downsize.
I need to be out of my current living situation w/ Deadline - Jan 15 or sooner !
