One fully furnished bedroom will become available in this modern beautiful three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment from September 1, 2024. End date of lease can be as soon as May 31, 2025.

The bedroom has a full-size bed, desk with chair, closet, chest of drawers and shelves. The bedroom shares one bathroom with one other person. There are between 3 and 4 people in the house depending on the time of the year.

The apartment is large and fully furnished, with an in-unit washer dryer, central AC and heating, large lounge and dining room, kitchen and back balcony. There is also an outside garden area. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, and modern appliances.

The apartment is located opposite Olmstead Park where there is a foot path and bike path to Longwood medical area where Harvard Medical School is located. Longwood area is an easy 25-minute walk away or bike it in less than 10 minutes (see attached photos for maps). There are several public transport options including the Green E line, the Orange line and Bus 39. Close by is a supermarket and the many restaurants and cafes of Centre Street, Jamaica Plain.

Rent is $1,200 per month for a period of between 8 and 12 months (flexible end dates). Utilities (average $100 per person per month) and weekly cleaner (budget $15-20 per person per week) are not included, and the cost is split by the occupants. Internet is high speed 1 gig connection.
