Cozy Hyde Park

I own a 2 bedroom 1 bath condo in Hyde Park and I'm looking for a roommate. About the house:
- transit: 5-min walk to fairmount and hyde park commuter rail lines and buses (fairmount is subway pricing)
- other fun stuff: off-street parking, free laundry in basement, central air/heat, dishwasher
- accessibility: porch has about 5 or 6 steps, and my unit is on the second floor up a full flight of stairs. I like to burn the occasional scented candle in my room. If there are other accessibility things I missed please let me know and I'll add to the description.
- I have one cat. I don’t know how she gets along with other cats but I'm willing to test that out with one other cat if you have one. She is terrified of dogs so sorry no doggos.
