Looking for a roommate to sign 2 year lease with me and my boyfriend starting .
2nd bedroom available (shown), can fit queen and a desk + more. There WILL NOT be a flex wall and living room is very spacious and great view. Happy to provide more videos upon request. Wifi and electric not included in rent.
We’ve lived here for a year and really like it, just moving up three floors to the same exact room.

Building:
Third at Bankside in Mott Haven in the Bronx. There are multiple apartment buildings being put up, and area is definitely up and coming!

Bryce is , from Idaho, and works at an Italian bakery in Brooklyn.
We’re very laid back, easy going, and social. Most nights you can find us playing video games together.

Looking for a roommate around same age who we can get along with and socialize with. We don’t have to be best of friends but someone we get along with and feel comfortable being in the living room together!
