Utilities range from $50-$75/month depending on season and due middle of each month. The apt is a 4bd/2bath in bedstuy BK off the Myrtle-Willoughby G train and 10-15 min walk from Flushing or Myrtle Ave JM trains. Located next to a community garden, 1 block away from laundromat and about 2 blocks from grocery store. Coffee shop, wine shop, restaurants, and bars are all within walking distance too!

Share with 2 late 20s-mid30s professionals that are social, but prefer the party to be kept outside of the home. Having friends over every so often is cool, but not every night.
