I am a male but I prefer female roommates. Not to worry, most of my past roommates have been female, and two have asked to live here again. I am very clean and tidy to the point where I will pick up after you which I hope you will not mind. I will even take out the trash if you don't volunteer. I leave the toilet seat down and the bathroom is exceptionally clean as well. I am very sensitive to giving roommates their space. I do leave the room when you come home from work. If you work from home, I ask that you do not set up a workspace in the Livingroom. Sorry but no pets allowed. There is no smoking on the premises. I do not smoke, recreationally or otherwise. Occasionally I will watch a movie in the Livingroom but with Bluetooth headphones so as not to disturb you. I mostly microwave or eat salads. I put away my dishes after eating and ask the same. We do not have roaches! I have set up the shared space with Alexa and will play music only if mutually agreed upon. I like Jazz myself, but I can listen to Hawaiian music, Classical, just not Rap, Country or Hard Rock. I am an artist and create on my computer, so I am in my room most of the time on LinkedIn till 2am. I usually rise between 9 - 10am. I use scented flower oils as fresheners, e.g. Jasmine only if agreed upon. I very rarely have guests here, maybe a family member from the mainland once a year. I don't mind my roommates having guests overnight occasionally. I have only had 2 very bad roommates thus far, one did "Only Fans" while I had been at work and the other was an alcoholic and crashed her moped. I am trying to avoid those situations in the future. I occasionally have a glass of wine while looking at the beautiful view from the balcony. At Christmas I usually put up a tree in the Livingroom if that is agreed upon. And for NYE, I can setup a Disco if you'd like. I am a very likable person, and I hope you will consider me as a roommate.
