I am very clean, organized, quiet, but fun. I like to cook and watch tv and exercise in my room when I’m home. I do have an amazing one eyed kitty who is 6 and very silly and social. If you’re allergic, that will be a problem. I do vacuuming every day. He sleeps with me and spends most time sleeping or following me around. There is parking in the garage as well as on the street. It’s a quiet neighborhood with easy access to the highway and only 5 min away from CU and a half block away from the bus stop. I’m easy going and looking for someone who will pay rent on time and be sweet to my Enzo (cat).
