I am looking for a LGBTQ+ roommate to live with me in my 2 bedroom townhome located in the Montebello neighborhood. I am an elementary teacher, who is mostly home in the evenings and on the weekends. The bedroom for rent is the main bedroom and has a connected bathroom and a walk in closet. The townhome includes a newly updated kitchen, new wood floors throughout the space, a large living room, and an office/activity space. I live with one very friendly and playful cat and am open to pets that would get along well with a cat.
