My roommate will be moving this year. The lease renews August 1st, however, June, or July move-in is possibleQ!

Apartment is in East Williamsburg, near the L, J, M, and Z trains. It is a two bedroom on the 4th floor of a newly renovated building.
The building has a washer and dryer in the basement, built in AC/ heating units in each room of the apartment, and a fully finished rooftop! Wonderful area- I've lived here for five years and love it. The best spot to be for the greatest restaurants, bars, gyms, shops, etc.!

The room available fits queen size bed, dresser, bedside table, has a full closet, and even a little private balcony!

The rent is $1,470 a month . The apartment is really great and I promise it is worth it!

I do have a cat, but she is incredibly personable and I'm sure you'll fall in love with her immediately.

I am clean, organized, and easy going (and would hope and expect the same in return!). I do not "bring the party home," however, occasionally might have a friend or two over. I will always respect your personal space, as I know most of us have very busy schedules and need some time to ourselves, however, am down to chat or watch Bravo together too!
